one law firm. supra-regional. fully integrated.

Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and Munich – c.r.p. law. works from three locations, but always as one law firm. Specific expertise which exists at one location is, of course, available to our clients at both the other locations. The team for each specific mandate is comprised exclusively according to the required qualifications. Good organisation, technology-supported working processes and perfect cooperation between our lawyers enable us to represent you efficiently and with transparent costs.

one law firm. modern. cosmopolitan.

Society, the economy and the industries we advise are in a state of continuous change. Accordingly, we rise to the associated challenges and do not strive to uphold the status quo. “Carrying on as before” is not enough for us. Although we can look back on extensive experience, we discover new things every day. Our clients benefit from our expertise and from our efforts to continue convincing them of innovative approaches.

c.r.p. law. stands for an open discussion culture. Within the team, we seek the best solutions together by encouraging an atmosphere which places no limits on thinking.

one law firm. environmentally aware. sustainable.

Climate change affects us all. Slowing it down is a global task which begins with small steps. c.r.p. law. thinks and acts ecologically. We want to become a carbon-neutral law firm. That is why we organise and operate our offices in a resource-efficient way and regularly identify potential improvements. Our procurement is guided by environmental concerns and we avoid disposable products as far as possible. We reduce copies and print-outs to the absolute minimum and only use recycled paper. We do not take domestic flights; if they are necessary in exceptional cases, we pay the carbon offset charge.

one law firm. diverse. socially committed.

The values of yesterday are not the solutions of tomorrow. In this spirit, c.r.p. law. acknowledges its social responsibility as a modern law firm. We aim to be a cosmopolitan law firm which respects, treats and compensates employees equally, independently of their origin, gender, religion, culture or worldview. Accordingly, we actively promote diversity in our team and regularly monitor the progress of diversity in our law firm.

Social responsibility does not end at the office door. We welcome voluntary social commitment on the part of our employees and actively look for social projects which we can support as a team.

one law firm. success belongs to all of us.

c.r.p. law. works passionately for the success of our clients. We are just as pleased when we are successful as a law firm – because a client achieves an extraordinarily good result, because we were able to convince new clients of our abilities, or because our law firm or our lawyers have received awards. Success connects people – and so we communicate our successes regularly and gather strength from them for new tasks.

Construction projects are complex and not only technically but often also juristically demanding. When things become legally difficult, you need problem solvers, not doubters. In your role as contracting authority, general contractor or trade-related contractor, we accompany you through every phase of your project – from planning, through construction and accounting, during the ongoing period of liability for defects and right up to the utilisation of the property. We support you in enforcing or defending against claims, assist you in negotiations with architects, specialist planners, technical experts and construction business managers, and we represent your interests in arbitration or conciliation proceedings and in state courts if conflicts with parties involved in the construction arise.

With the necessary understanding of technical issues and construction management, we always maintain an overview for you, even with ambitious, large-scale projects. We guide you reliably through the thicket of regulations governing construction, planning and environmental law and contribute significantly to ensuring that you can concentrate on what you do best: construction.

“Green Deal”, higher interest rates, increased cost pressure and much more – participants in the real estate sector are operating in a volatile market environment. This makes it all the more crucial to have a legal adviser by your side who not only gives you early warning of possible risks but can also immediately suggest solutions. We advise you throughout the life cycle of your real estate, with all the required expertise. Whether you wish to buy, sell, revitalise or finance individual properties or real estate portfolios, we are experienced partners for your transaction. We also provide reliable legal advice for portfolio management and support you in the ongoing management of your real estate.

A procurement procedure is more than the procurement and tendering of goods and services. It now means European competition for goods and services. We ensure that you will participate in a fair, transparent competition. We help contracting authorities to prepare, implement and follow up calls for tender in Germany and in Europe. We make sure that the tender documents not only meet procurement law requirements but that they are designed advantageously for you. We ensure that you don’t make mistakes in the selection process. And we support you in checking the your bidders for reliability. We advise bidders before the tendering procedure about the requirements and any risks the procurement poses to your company. We help you to provide complete and accurate information and avoid formal errors. If you are not selected, we will check legal remedies against the procurement and, for example, can initiate review proceedings for you.
