Patrick Böck has been working in private construction law, procurement law and real estate law for almost 20 years. One focus of his legal work in construction law is on complex infrastructure projects in motorway and railway track construction. In procurement law, Patrick Böck advises public contracting authorities on the preparation and implementation of invitations to tender for construction, supply and performance services. He assists tenderers in preparing tenders and represents them in enforcing their rights in contract award review procedures.
