working at c.r.p. law..

Are you looking for a new professional home?

Each one of us is passionate about being a lawyer. As a law firm, we believe in cooperation out of conviction. We combine the experience of an proven core team with the spirit of a spin-off. Always at the highest technical level, but sometimes unconventional in our implementation. We use routine solutions if expedient, but can be creative if it is useful to leave the beaten track. We work in a straight line towards the aims of our clients, but this doesn’t exclude thinking around corners.

Reliability, fairness, respect and appreciation are the values that characterise our work together. In our everyday work in the firm, we use contemporary technology which enables us to be more efficient. We provide consultancy at the highest level and correspondingly high demands are made of us; at the same time, we take care that nobody’s batteries are completely run down. We approve of professional ambition; however, it should never be at the expense of others.

We have plenty to do and have the potential for further growth. Perhaps we should talk?

We are looking for new colleagues for the positions described below:

Private construction / architectural lawyer (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time
Berlin / Frankfurt am Main / Munich

What you would be doing

You support building owners, building companies, architects and planning offices during ambitious construction and infrastructure projects. You draft the contracts, support procurement – either on your own or with the help of a procurement lawyer – and advise on all legal questions during construction. In cases of dispute, you represent clients in arbitration proceedings and in state courts and arbitral tribunals.

Your ideal qualifications

You have graduated in law with high scores, and we welcome a PhD or LL.M. as well. You have a strong understanding of economic and technical contexts in order to grasp and legally categorise the complexity of large construction projects. Preferably, you have put your excellent English skills to the test during a stay abroad. You are conscientious in your legal analysis and have meticulous working methods. You are comfortable working independently, but you also enjoy being part of a team. Professional experience in construction law and architectural law is advantageous but not essential.

What you can expect from us

Of course, at this point we could offer further training, fresh fruit, home office working hours and team events. We do have all those things. But what really counts is that you should basically enjoy working with us every day. We would like to be your professional home. Let’s make this happen for you together!
To apply, please send your complete application documents to karriere@crp-law.de.

Team assistant (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time
Berlin / Frankfurt am Main / Munich

Your job

As team assistant, you are an essential pillar of our law firm. You take care of organisational matters for our lawyers and are in continuous contact with our clients. You carry out correspondence in German and English, organise meetings and coordinate appointments. Document management, (electronic) file management and deadline monitoring are essential parts of your working day. You enable us to look good with faultless typesetting and clearly designed presentations.

Your qualifications

Ideally, you have successfully completed training as a paralegal. However, you are also welcome to apply if you are a qualified foreign language correspondent, businessperson or similar. Prior professional experience in a law firm will certainly make starting work with us easier, but otherwise, we will give you all the support you need to become familiar with your scope of duties. You should speak and write German fluently and also have a very good knowledge of English. You are communicative and open-minded and familiar with the conventional office software programs.

What we offer you

We want you to enjoy working with us. You can therefore expect appreciation for your work, open communication and integration into the team. We will also ensure that your workplace is ergonomically and technologically equipped to current standards. You are entitled to 30 days of holiday, and we will comply with any wish for flexible or remote working hours as far as possible.

To apply, please send your complete application documents to karriere@crp-law.de.
