Saida Veliev specialises in private construction and architectural law. One focus of her legal work in construction law is providing project-related legal advice in tunnel and bridge construction, as well as motorway construction. In particular, she supports clients in developing strategies to handle claims arising during construction and supplementary claims. In addition to providing advice during the construction phase, Saida Veliev represents her clients in court in enforcing and defending against claims.
