Felix Thomas advises clients on the drafting and management of construction contracts. During construction, he develops strategies for dealing with supplementary claims and claims arising during construction on behalf of his clients. With his expertise in procurement law, he supports contracting authorities and tenderers in the awarding of construction and performance service contracts, also in connection with the use of subsidies. In cases of dispute, he represents clients at courts of law or arbitral tribunals.
