Petra Gorny has been working in private construction and architectural law for more than 15 years. She advises renowned construction and civil engineering companies, particularly in connection with the enforcement of and defence against supplementary claims, as well as claims arising during the construction period. The projects which she works on often have an international dimension. Petra Gorny regularly represents the interests of her clients in state courts and also in arbitration proceedings.
