Sandra Jurke has been working exclusively in procurement law and private construction law for more than ten years.
One focus of her legal work in procurement law is advising tenderers on preparing tenders, enforcing tenderers’ rights and conducting nationwide review procedures, as well as advising public contracting authorities on the preparation of public invitations to tender and the implementation of complex procurement processes (national/Europe-wide), e.g. in the areas of infrastructure, healthcare and IT. In construction and architectural law, the focus of her legal work is on providing advice during the construction of complex infrastructure projects in motorway, railway track and bridge construction, as well as on architects’ fee and liability law.
