Wiebke Mund has been working exclusively in private construction law for more than ten years. She primarily advises on highly complex infrastructure measures and is active both during construction and in the enforcement of and defence against claims in court. In this context, she particularly represents clients in connection with claims arising during construction and supplementary claims, as well as in the area of PPP.
Wiebke Mund regularly publishes in the specialised press on construction law topics. She also teaches construction contract law as a lecturer in the Building Operations Faculty at the University of Bochum.
