Kristina Kofler advises on projects relating to both private construction law and real estate law. A key area of her work involves supporting complex building and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on building works on existing buildings and issues relating to the protection of listed buildings. In addition, Ms Kofler is currently working on her PhD on a topic in real estate law with a particular focus on contract drafting from the perspective of right in rem.
