Stephan Kaminsky has been advising clients exclusively on private construction law, procurement law and real estate law for more than 20 years. His work in the field of construction law focuses on complex infrastructure projects in the construction of motorways, railway tracks and bridges, as well as on contracts with an international context involving the FIDIC contract conditions. In procurement law, Stephan Kaminsky advises public contracting authorities on the conception and implementation of tenders for all construction, supply and performance services. He supports tenderers in the preparation of tenders and in the enforcement of their rights in contract award review procedures.
