Jonas Deppenkemper has been working exclusively in procurement law, private construction law and architectural law since 2015. One focus of his legal work is on providing comprehensive advice on procurement and construction law for construction projects on both the contracting authorities and contractor side. In his procurement law practice, he focuses primarily on with the preparation and implementation of complex Europe-wide award procedures, including as an “external awarding office”. He also advises tenderers in preparing tenders, preparing complaints and in enforcing their rights in contract award review procedures.
