Shushanik Röcker advises on real estate law, particularly on complex real estate transactions. She supports national and international clients in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate (asset and share deals), including due diligence and financing. Shushanik Röcker is also specialised in advising real estate investors during project developments and project management. In this context, she also drafts contracts under construction and architectural law.
