Gabriela Böhm specialises in construction and architectural law, as well as real estate law. One of her main areas of focus is claims and anti-claims management for prestigious construction projects in Germany and abroad. Her expertise also extends to complex infrastructure projects in structural engineering, civil engineering, road construction and hydraulic engineering. She also has comprehensive experience in the drafting, review and interpretation of contracts for real estate projects of all dimensions (asset and share purchase agreements, administrator contracts, management and commercial lease contracts), as well as in due diligence for real estate transactions.
